Products have problem?

Simple:

1. If crash or non-quality issue, you may request a 20% discount during warranty period (normal version 1 year, extralight version 2 years from the date of shipping).

    Just send an simple email to info@lightbicyclewheels.com, specifying the order number, problem product serial number, some photos or videos. We collect shipping cost.

2. If quality issue, you may request a free replacement rim during warranty period (normal version 1 year, extralight version 2 years from the date of shipping).

    Just send an simple email to info@lightbicyclewheels.com, specifying the order number, problem product serial number, some photos or videos, plus some simple description about how it got problem. We collect shipping cost for case that the package had been received over 30days.

3. If we LBW made mistakes of an order ( like wrong holes, finish, models etc) , easy, send an simple email to info@lightbicyclewheels.com, we'll help, may need your assistance to help ship back to us, or ship to a local distributor. 

4. If customer made mistakes of an order, also send an email  to info@lightbicyclewheels.com, we are good to talk about the solutions and try our best to help.
